It is destined for all gourmets, mainly for those, who love various kinds of meat prepared in all ways. Here the gourmets can enjoy our specialities, delicatessen made not only from classic pork, beef, chicken, or turkey meat, but also more or less exotic kinds of game such as buffalo, zebra, kudu, antelope, mustang, wild-boar, ostrich, kangaroo, crocodile, bear, blesbok, brindled gnu, gemsbok, reindeer, deer and now also rattle-snake;
as for fish you can look forward to delicatessen made of salmon, halibut, shark, ray, tuna, trout, flatfish, pikeperch, swordfish, and octopus, it is even possible to taste frog legs. In the near future we expect the delivery of long awaited camel and caiman meat. We already have python, gazelle, and mouflon meat and now we are only testing the recipes to make everything as it should be. We are seeking more of appetizing delicacies for our guests across the world. We dare say that you can’t find such a wide range of dishes made of exotic game prepared according to original recipes, as we offer, in any restaurant in Prague. Since our foreign guest return repeatedly, we are informed that similar offer is in very few restaurants in Europe.
That is also why we are holders of the World Steak Restaurant Association certificate as the only restaurant in Czech.
